Your rates depend on three things: how much monthly volume you process via Yoordi Pay, what card mix is typical for your venue (TWINT-heavy vs. card-heavy), and which hardware you need. In a 30-minute demo we calculate the conditions together, based on your last 3 months.

Card transactions from 0.99% plus CHF 0.06, TWINT from 0.5%, Apple and Google Pay at card rates. With higher volume rates drop — after a 30-minute demo we'll send a concrete quote based on your last 3 months of card revenue.
Standard contracts are monthly cancellable after the pilot phase; lease hardware typically runs 24 or 36 months. If you want to stay flexible, there are options with outright-purchase hardware and monthly cancellation. Pilot conditions hold for the first 6 months.
Lease from CHF 19 a month (TWINT reader) to CHF 55 a month (V400M with printer). Outright purchase from CHF 350 to CHF 605 per model. The full overview is on the hardware page, with all six models and specs.
Standard payout in 1–2 business days is free. Same-day payout costs a small surcharge per transaction (typically 0.1 to 0.2%). Payout reports and accounting export are always included.
Refunds (you initiate) are free — the original transaction fee stays, the rest goes back. Chargebacks (initiated by guest/bank) cost CHF 15 to CHF 25 depending on the case; you can submit evidence and reclaim the fee if successful.
