Alle sechs Module — Direktverkauf, Tischverwaltung, Tischfunktionen, Kitchendisplay, Drucker-Steuerung sowie Reports & Lager — stecken in einer App und einer Lizenz. Du aktivierst pro Gerät, was du brauchst. Dazu Schweizer Support per Telefon und Chat, regelmässige Updates und ein Backoffice für Analytics. Yoordi Pay läuft separat zu 0.99 % + CHF 0.06 pro Transaktion.
Standardsetup (Restaurant mit 1–3 iPads): von der Demo bis zum Live-Betrieb meist innerhalb einer Woche. Account und Menu-Import am Tag 1, Hardware-Lieferung am Tag 3, Schulung und Go-Live in derselben Woche. Beim Foodtruck mit einem einzigen PAX A77 sind es oft nur 2–3 Tage. Wir begleiten dich Schritt für Schritt.
Ja, der Umstieg ist eingeplant. Wir importieren deine bestehende Karte aus CSV, PDF oder einem Export deiner alten Kasse. Vorhandene Hardware lässt sich häufig weiterverwenden. Du kannst Yoordi zuerst an einem Standort oder mit einem Modul starten und Schritt für Schritt migrieren. Unser Schweizer Support begleitet dich durch den ganzen Wechsel.
Deine Daten bleiben in der Schweiz — unsere Server stehen in Schweizer Rechenzentren, die Datenverarbeitung erfüllt die Anforderungen des revDSG. Tagesabschlüsse und Reports sind GoBD- und MWST-konform. Backups laufen automatisch, Zugriffe sind per 2FA geschützt. Am Vertragsende erhältst du sämtliche Daten als sauberen Export.
Im Pilot-Programm gelten faire Sonderkonditionen — Software-Lizenz pro Gerät und Monat, Hardware zum Mieten oder Kaufen, Schweizer Support inklusive.
