Yes, all Yoordi Pay terminals support NFC and Tap-to-Pay natively — no add-on, no extra reader. Wallets on smartwatches work too. If your guest has a very old card without NFC, we automatically fall back to chip-and-PIN.
Yes — tips run as a separate item in your Yoordi reporting and can be split automatically or manually across your service team. Cleanly separated from main revenue for VAT, Swiss- and EU-compliant.
You hit 'Refund' on the Yoordi receipt, choose full or partial amount, and Yoordi Pay triggers the refund with the acquirer immediately. The guest sees the money on their account in 1–5 business days depending on bank. No third-party calls, no hotlines.
Yoordi Pay has offline mode for TWINT and certain card types — transactions are buffered locally and synced automatically as soon as the connection returns. Full offline coverage depends on the acquirer, your account manager will walk you through the details.
No, we use industry-standard devices from PAX, Worldline and Adyen, which we Yoordi-certify and pre-configure. You get them from us plug-and-play, but in theory you can bring your own PAX devices — ask your account manager.
